Post by Turtleman »

:D NEED YOUR HELP!!! NC is now taking public comment on allowing use of crossbows without a permit. Anyone can make a comment online to www.ncwildlife.org . This is a big step for NC and we need everyone's support for this to pass! Everyone that will please take the time.

bstout i had the same thing happen, but since i have a n.c. lic. number i got through, so may be they don't care whether or not people from out of state might be interested in coming here to xbow deer hunt. i guess they have good reason for that, maybe. thanks to everyone that helps us out!!!!!!!

I don't know what to say about you guys entering comments from other states etc. Our website ought to let you guys in because you can get a license just like anyone else. All i can say is i appreciate you trying anyway or try it again. When you get to the website it will be under "hot topics" , click on that and to comment you either have to have a WRC license # or just type in your name & address etc, and then go from there . I made a call to NCWRC and they said you shouldn't have any problem so please let me know again if someone cannot post a comment. Thanks again guys for taking the time !!!!

I just clicked the the link to email my opinion and sent it that way. I think that they are basing their consideration on the proposed changes to NC residents. :?
God Bless !!!!!!!!!

Sorry guy's i really appreciate those from out of state that have tryed to comment but you are all right NC apparently only accepts NC residents. I have tried to help a few friends out from a my own computer that are out of state and although it has other states listed on the website it will not accept them. I have called NCWRC and they said it should take them , but i will call back and tell them otherwise, for what that is worth! Like i said i really appreciate those that have tried, many thanks!!!
