Excalibur stricks again

Post by Maritimer »

I have had a great hunting season, tag out on deer and the freezer is full of venson. The only thing that was not going so well for my hunting partner and I was that we had a archery draw for Elk and after 2 months we have not seen any Elk let alone get a chance to harves one. I was hunting with my exocet and my hunting partner was using my wifes phoenix. This was the last weekend that we would be able to hunt Elk. As luck would have it last night we finally saw some elk and my hunting partner was able to harvest a nice cow with the phoenix. He has not said anything but I know that he is hooked and that next year he will have his own Xbow. Once again the Excal performs flawlessly and the proof is in the freezer. :D

Congratulations to your partner!
Sounds like the Excaliburs are doing their part.

A safe and successful season
Don't get much better than that.
I still have lots of time.
I need to hook up with flbuckmaster and get some hunts set up in the food plot.
I still have a buck to shoot.
My buck here has disappeared on me.
