Flamin Angus Bolts
decided to spice things up a notch with these limited edition bolts.. only have a few of these here. Also have a few white flames on yellow wraps(not neon yellow like pictured but they look great with white vanes).
Figured Flamin Angus was a catchy name for this series

Awesome looking arrows. I may have to order me some of those. I have never shot arrows with wraps before. I have always dipped mine. The problem i have found with the dip is that it is thick and if you dont thin it down right you get big air bubbles on them. How bad do the wraps wear from shooting? And when you have to refletch them do the wraps peel off easy to replace them?

If you shoot the same cock vane down every shot it only wears a 1/4th line on that one side. I have some wraps with well over 200+ shots on them and other than dirt and normal wear they look great still. The wraps come off very easy. You can pretty much use a razor blade and scrape them off. I believe some people use a hairdryer and heat the wraps to loosen the glue. I just scrape mine off and use some 3M adhesive remover on a fine scrub pad and its clean in 1min tops if that.chadermaran wrote:Awesome looking arrows. I may have to order me some of those. Ive shot arrows dipped and those leave the same lines as the wraped ones. I had some arrows customed dipped for my compound bow and by burying the arrow shot after shot it wore the dipping right off after time. Thats why im just wrapping all my arrows from now on. Its simple and easy for me
GP, figured i'd try a few different color combos to see how they look. I dont think anyone's ever used that combo so its a first that Im aware off I like the clean look of solid wraps, but some action is nice to have also
either way, they can look good but they need to fly good also Im pretty sure my personal bolts will have some type of white wrap with a Yellow flame for hunting next year

I really, really like those arrows!
Not sure about the name though, sounds like the day after a good meal in a mexican restaurant.
Still looking for some for the wife, any chance of white wraps with pink flames and vanes?
