Prayers Needed *Update*

Post by DropTine »

My grandmother is going in for surgery tommorow at 9 am. It is a quadruple bypass surgery. She has been cancelled 3 times already but now it's for sure and it's going to happen tommorow morning. Im worried but I know it's the best thing that can happen for her right now. On a high note, we somehow found additional game seals left over at the serviceOntario building, I can deer hunt again!

She came out of surgery and eveything went well, while she was in recovery, there was a lot of bleeding and she started loosing blood pressure, it wasn't looking too good. The doctors have her stabilized now, thank God! He said she is better but these next 48 hours are critical. So were going to prey like heck hopefully this all blows over. I want to thank you all again for your prayers and support, my family greatly appreciates it!

Thanks,

Matt

She's got our prayers and so do you Droptine. As One Shot Scott siad, they has pretty much perfected these types of procedures but being put under is always a concern and scary for most folks. Keep us posted on Her recovery.
God Bless !!!!!!!!!

My grandrather had the same surgery back in the mid '70s, in Hamilton. He was great for another 20 years. Hamilton is a leader in heart surgery development. I can't think of a better place in Ontario for it. Prayer helps tho, so I just did.

DropTine your grandmother will do just fine CABG's have come a long way in 20 years. three -four days in CCU then they will send her home. The Cardiovascular surgeons are so good at this now that it's slick.

Have a great Christmas with your Grandmother and may you have many more with her. :) :)
