We got into the stand around 7:30 this morning it was 10 degrees. At 8:00 a doe and 2 yearlings came in behind and above us.They winded us before he could get a clear shot at them.About 9:00 2 young deer ran over the hill playing and we could not get them still long enough for a shot.I saw a deer come off the hill and into the field below us at 9:30.Then 4 came up the trail and 1 finally gave him a broadside shot at 50 yards. He fired the muzzleloader and I saw the deer fall to the ground. It then got up and ran out of sight. We found it about 60 yards from where he shot it.
