it dosent show you every thing. took me a while to figure stringer wasnt sent right dimensions to start. i had no idea if string was wrong size,or stringer wasnt right

Michigan Man, some friendly advice. If you stick to one thread and ask your questions there you are likely to get more creative responses, guys like me with dial-up (not Grizz) can not keep up with the new threads and therefore will not be able to answer your questions. I love to give my opinion, but I need to be able to keep up with the threads first. Opening a thread is a real chore for me, opening two is not often feasible..

when a string is new it will be too short it needs to stretch just leave in on for a few days and keep checking the brace height

i didnt see anything on brace height yet.were should it be,and should i mark the bow were string is on the shelf

pyd have you considered satellite internet it would be an alternative to dial up for you if you are in a rural area

as long as you are in between those lines you will be ok. you'll just have to expariment to see where you like it ( higher or lower) i keep mine at 1 1/8
