Meet and Greet 3D Shoot?

Post by DropTine »

Im wondering if anyone would like to get together with there bows and go to an archery club and go shoot a 3D course. Would love to get to know some forum members and shoot a friendly competition. Anyone know any good 3D courses? I think Galt Shooting Club has one in Cambridge? Just throwning something outthere, anyone interested?

Awesome, does anyone have a problem with the GALT Course? Pydpiper, what course do you know of? Ken, have you shot the Galt Course?

I will go anywhere, but I belong to Oxford Fish and Game in Woodstock, right off the 401/403, access to the indoors and likely nobody there to bother us.
But like I said, I will go anywhere. :D

What are the rental costs?

I know Elmira is $175 for the grounds - would have it to ourselves, I believe.

My range won't cost anything, and we would not only have the 3D course to ourselves but the whole club.. Pretty quiet out there this time of year.
Fire up the fireplace in the cabin when we are done and sip on body warming liquids..

That sounds pretty good. How long is the course? Also, lets start talking dates, what about Saturday Jan 3? Weekends are hard for me as im usually working, im usually free during week, im off on x-mas holidays from now until Jan 5.

I'd like to participate, but I don't own a crossbow! I've sold hundreds of them, but don't actually have one of my own...

Will you allow a "regular" bow shooter to join in?

Absolutly Stash :) Everyone is more than welcome to come! How's Jan 5? I know it's kinda short notice and completly understand if some can't make it.

That would be a Monday which would count me out.:( I work Monday-Friday so only week-ends would work for me.
