Deer sounds

Here is a pretty cool website. Copy and paste. I haven't heard half of these deer sounds. I heard #9 this year when I walked up on a doe and fawn. The doe just stared at me making this noise (#9) and stomping the ground then the little fawn started stomping. Pretty neat experience

The only sound I hear is a loud Blow then I see a white flag

I've had the opportunity to hear most of these - very cool once you realize what's making the sounds! I've also heard the contact grunt sounding more like a very soft "beep" sound that sounds like it's followed by a question-mark. Several times I've had "conversations" with deer using my HS Truetalker - very incredible. It seems to happen when they're holding tight somewhere but curious and wanting to be social. It sometimes take very little to get them "talking". Even more cool when you can "talk them in". I "talked" a buck in earlier this year - inch-by-inch. Unfortunately by the time he was in range it was too dark to see more than his silhouette. Would never hunt without my HS Truetalker.

LOL, same here, I've never heard a deer make a sound other than that nose blowing sound and a foot stomping the ground, then its Esta la vista baby
