anyone use the 1.5 inch g5 magnum how to they fly at 30yds?

They work great on my compound I have not tried them on my crossbow yet actually I have not tried any broad head on the crossbow yet.

I shoot the g5 montec with my Phoenix,and they group great out to 40 yards.

I am going to try these out as well. They sure are a big fixed broadhead. If you try them before I do let me know. And if I try them first I well let you know.

I shoot an Exomax, and I use the G5 Striker Magums. I also have the 25 grain extender on the bolt, as the width of the broadhead makes it too tight of a fit between the limbs. Besides, the extra front weight makes the bolt more stable, if anything, and would also help with more penetration. That's a good idea, considering that the broadhead has such a wide cut.

I haven't shot beyond 50 yards. I simply haven't seen the point in doing it. It's VERY accurate. Make sure you test each bolt and broadhead. The ones that shoot well, will shoot VERY well.
