Some coyotes

Post by DesertRat »

This past week has been exceptional for song-dogs. Here are some pics of some recent coyotes we got. The first one was a double where the female came first was taken at 100 yards and then a 200 yard shot on the male.

This photo is a of a bouble that we spotted in a field and called into us. The female came on a dead run and would not stop so finally she was shot at less than 30 yards. the male tried to get out of the area but gave me a roughly 225 yard shot and went down in his tracks.

these are my two coyotes from friday. one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Way to go guys, keep on killing them. Just curious, but what do you do with them? I think making a rug would be cool.

Way to knock them down! With the awesome weather yesterday I went walking in the woods looking for sign of yotes and found very little. What a great problem to have. But I also saw very little sign of deer also.

Great job guys! I wish it came that easy for me. Seems that the only time I see them is when I'm hunting deer with a crossbow and they are way out of range. Must be the smell of gunpowder they pick up on and avoid.

Great job wish I could eliminate some more. Went walking Sunday morning looking for them but didn't see any. Tons of tracks everywhere in the bush.
