ez bbq pulled venison
put frozed roast any weight in crock pot. dont add water or anything, let cook till done usually 6-8 hrs
remove let cool somewhat. it is easier to pull if its warmer, a pain if its cold
pull whole roast completely apart into small ish pieces
put back in crock and add bbq sauce flavor to taste let cook 2 hours. or on very low till Sat am before i leave to go huntin.
i usually start this Fri. morning for Sat opening day of gun season. I use a 5-10 lb roast. and keep in crock for morning hunt and its still warm for lunch. throw on a bun add hot sauce and voila' delicious lunch
