A Big Thanks To Ecoaster

Post by DropTine »

I met up with Steve yesterday where he gave me his tom fan he had! I really appreciate the fan Steve. I did it up yesterday in the B-Mobile Fan Holder last night and glued the secondary feathers on with a hot glue gun, it looks awesome!

Here are a couple pics, sorry about the bad quality, I have no idea where my digital camera is so I took them with my Blackberry Cell Phone.

Looks like the real thing, now all you have to worry about is someone shooting your decoy. :)

Plucked them one by one and put them in the holder. Then glued the secondary feathers on the quill of the main feathers with a hot glue gun. Well worth the time!

I lay that tail right down and I cut the beard short to look like a jake. Last year I had a jake run in and strut around it, too bad I missed him at 8yds with my Exomax.

No problem buddy. Hope it brings in the dominant BIG BOY for you. That was a quick job you did on the deke. You must be a bit antsy to get the season going :D . I have another tom fan left and may make up a jake tail to put behind my deke.
