They only select a certain number for my hunting area (middle north of the state private land) and I usually don't get one. Southern permits are easy but the season there is March after the hot turkey time and then only on private land. Go figure, there are ALOT of turkeys on our land. I usually have to run them off when deer hunting from my blind.

I too plan on launching a braodhead through Tommy three toes... Will try first with the exocet...never shot one with archery yet
If all else fails, I'd like to be able to use the 870 wingmaster my dad gave me. It was his favourite shotgun. Bought it in 1967, but will give it an honest go first with the crossbow.

Thanks never knew that, I guess i was thinking deer and moose have draws only. Well good luck.
