on the good and bad scale, its towards the bad end :P

you want atleast a 10-12% FOC for decent flight... 10-20% are the norm averages

14-20% are about perfect :D but its to each their own

a 8% FOC is going to be affected by wind more so

btw, those bolts I made for you way back have a 19-20% FOC figure :D

you have to be.... If you hold that arrow and try to balance it on your finger with a fieldtip on it, then it should balance about 6-7inches from the brass insert end. Thats roughly a 19% FOC. An 8% arrow is gonna balance way back in the middle of the arrow :P It almost sounds like you didnt punch inthe bhead weight :P

ok the total arrow is roughly 21inches with the fieldtip or bhead on
The balance point is exactly 7 inches from the tip of the fieldtip or bhead

FOC by that is saying

Calculated Front Of Center Percentage is:
16.6667 Percent Front of Center

but with other methods which use more info I get 19%

The length of the 2219 depends on the bow...it's the diameter designation.

good job;) depending on the length of your bhead, its gonna go down to 16%

I always measure the setup I want to hunt with so the total length is always the arrow plus the bhead and nock.
