Canadians are just plain nicer

Post by Cossack »

Just wanted to mention that the atmosphere here is something special.
I posted a product review on another (gun) site, and was flamed about my choice, my intellect was questioned and was called uncomplimentary names for not choosing brand X (which cost 10X more).
Divergence of opinion is both welcomed and appreciated here; but personal attacks are not tolerated. Must be the fresh Canadian air.

Thank you Boris! We are all part of the "atmosphere" and almost everyone contributes to it, as you do.

I agree Cossack! I have no use for poster bashing in any form. I appreciate friendly atmosphere forums. Way to go, Excalibur and our Canadian neighbors!

It's the friendliest, most-helpful, self-policing forum on the 'net ... in spite of all us non-Canadians on here! :P

The excal forum is almost the only place I visit daily, sometimes multiple times a day. 99.99% of the members are more than willing to give you the shirt off their backs(Americans and Canadians). The members and the moderators make for a great place to call "home".

Well big, for a while I thought that Labots was named for a frontal lobotomy.
Got nasty headache every time I drank it while fishing in Canada. Turns out I'm allergic to most beer. Must have happened to me during high school. :?

hehehe I have drank Natural Ice for 15 years when I go to US. 30 cans for 12 bucks. Love it! I can afford to be an alcholic when I go south.

Sounds like you had a ID 10 T issue. LOL.
