That's great! Goes to prove one Arkie = 5 Texans at a $1.10 a pop. Seriously, a small amount of alc beverage aids in tendering the meat, have heard Cocal Cola does the same.

I pour all kinds of stuff into marinade, never make it the same twice.

coca cola works great, a couple months ago someone posted on here to use coca cola and ketchup i tried it , its awesome
