Didn't want to hijack Wishbones post. Would like some advice on making my own bag target.

I have made bag targets out of burlap bags and they are great!!

They stop a bolt at 10 yards with less than half of the bolt going in the bag.
I stuff them full of empty grocery bags.

I have three one I keep for broads heads before hunting season.

The bages I use are empty coffie beans bags.
There is a store called the Grean Beanery in Toronto that sells used bags for about $2.50 each and will ship them to you.

The best thing is it will take a long time to shoot it out with field tips and once you do put the target in enpty bag and add more stuffing.

Stuff it very tight and lube the tip so it don't stick to the plastic.
