SAY "HELLO" - SPAM BOT?
I just tried to post a reply to another thread, and a page came up that said I needed to type "Hello" in the entry box to prove I was a human and not a "SPAM BOT" ... whatever that is!
When I entered "HELLO", my reply posted!
WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?
Anyone else had this experience?
If anyone can explain, I'd appreciate it.
It's not like I infrequently post, or anything!
And believe me ... as those who know me well can attest ... Ol' Grizz is all too human!

I just logged in again and it didn't reoccur. Perhaps once we've said Hello we're considered forever non-bot?

Nothing to be sorry about, Peter!Excalibur Marketing Dude wrote:Sorry guys, thats our new spam program. We're all for reducing your workload, and I assume this also protects us, right?
PS: I knew that program wasn't from the South, because it asked me to say "Hello" instead of "Hey"!
