The guy tagged along with us the day that Tyler killed his big bird had a little point and shoot camera with him and we though that he was just taking pictures but boy were we wrong.

You crack me up! Growing up in Chicago, then moving out to Alberta I was teased by my classmates for years for the way I spoke "English".Grizzly Adam wrote:Now, y'all jes' hol' on thar, lil' missy! Whutchu mean they're-a talkin' funny? Air you-a insultin' Ray'n his kin?VixChix wrote:BTW, you folks sure do talk funny! LOL
You really should explain yourself, eh?
Several years back I traveled to Kentucky and I sometimes seriously had trouble understand what people where saying. Placing orders at restaurants was particularly cumbersome!
I'm sure "y'all" would find the way we sound up here amusing too!

I was in Grand Rapids Michigan visiting a buddy when we decided to hit the drive thru. I understood every thing until he asked hah-my-saw?
UMM.. Pardon me? hah-my-saw. It took no less than 5 times for me to figure out he was asking me if I would like hot or mild sauce.
