My brother has been. What sort of information is it that you're seeking?

Here is a representative website from Virginia, where Crazyfarmer is from:

Interested in starting a branch up. Just wondering how that works. Couldn't seem to find anything on the net that gave that info.

I feel sure you could get something like that going, even if it wasn't an organization with the same name. That's a noble cause! I wish you all the best in your efforts! :D

I do have something in the works already. Same idea but slightly different.

I plan on putting a package together that I can forward to anyone who might be interested.

Laws in Ontario are different then the US (obviously) as far as meat and food banks, but I think I have a way around it.

There will be no cost to anyone, with the exception of maybe a bit of gas money expense to the organizer.

Yes Mike, I am in Peterborough. Where are you?

My goal this year is to "raise" 500 lbs of processed venison, to help the less fortunate.

OFAH has a quasi program in place. I contacted them for info a few years back and spoke with our food bank who were more than happy to accept any wild meat at all. I brought in abotu 50 pounds and they said it was gone in 2 days.
