Wow bad news. People like that have issues. Maybe if someone runs over that guy with a truck they will only get charged with littering because of the trash they ran over.

Since when is a Polaris 650 classified as a hunting weapon???? :evil: Come on how stupid can a judge of the court be???? If this was in Canadian courts I would believe the stupidty but in the States I thought they would prosecute to the fullest. How disgusting.

I wouldn't do that Limbs. My 1500 went off accidentally on one couple of seasons ago...set me back $3,700....and I couldn't even put it in the freezer.
