according to the regs. book in early JULY hunters who bought extra seals in 07/08 will be mailed the necessary info.

I may be way of base here guys, but I think it is July 20th to August 4 when we can apply. may be I am wrong so check the regs. Ops first mistake, I amitted I could be wrong

I think he's just looking for the additional tag pamphlet for now, they come out a little bit before the application system starts.

Somebody can't wait for October!!
