I have actually been doing some research on vid cams. I am looking to get one myself. The two I have narrowed it down to are, roscoby cam, about $350 at bass pro and oregon-scientific, about $120 at bass pro. From all the reviews I've read and video I've seen these two seem to be the best.
Has anyone used either of these? Sorry , I didn't mean to hijack this thread.

One thing I would add for all those who are looking for cameras to mount on their bow is 1: have a shock resistant mount or your expensive cam is, as the king would say"...ALL SHOOK UP" uh huh. 2: when it comes to cams, choose one with a fairly big lens up front. I think this is the key to actually being able to record those trophies early morning or late evening. I own a bushnell videoscope that mounts to the scope. It works well but that small lenses that come on those small cams dont allow much light to come through. Not a problem when its fairly bright, but overcast or "prime time" forget about it
