here is an idea i got from another guy thy are hex heads and you can get them in a few diff weights thy screw in to the back of the insert i have 28g and 25g check your hardware store just bring an insert with you nand a small scale DUTCH

AfterShock Archery has some screw in weight, 20grain though.
