more grand river fish

Yesterday I caught a 17 inch fish today we caught ten around 5 to 17 inchs with my son youngbuck1.

You have to be more specific, and pics would help too, ha ha.

Good to see the grand is cleaning up slowly, I am from Waterloo and used to fish the Conestoga a bit with my dad, always stunk of cows.

The grand is a great place to fish. A buddy and I love to float the canoe down the grand. Start in caledonia and end near york. A couple of hours to kill and plenty of fish=happiness :D

Nice work Dennis.We caught 6 on Sat. Largest was 14. Sunday I was at church in the am went out at noon 'til 3 and caught a nice 17 thought it was the big one. Measured it, disappointment but oh what a fight. Missed you at the Hall, lots of people in a small room. Maybe see you and yougbuck1 later in New Hamburg sometime. mike j The fish are smallmouth. It is an annual fishing derby setup by the local Optimist club, for Family Fishing Week.
