I have had a beef with MNR about this for years, One year I even wrote the minister to complain and never got a reply. I cannot for the life of me understand what possible justification there is for administering these tags this way. Every other tag system is done by lottery. Why not these ones? I spent 4 hours hitting redial on Monday and eventually got my tag. This has to be one of the worst cases of poor customer service by the Ontario government.

we never have a problem calling in it is a 24 hour 7 day a week system just call in after hours .the way it is works or us but nobody can please everybody even half the time .DUTCH
