PA Crossbow use in jeopardy

Post by Daggaboy »

Looks like the United Bowmen of PA are still pressuring the game commission to restrict the use of crossbows. Take a look at this from the Game Commission website and all you PA crossbow hunters please contact the Game commission with your comments.

This was a preliminary vote.

Since then a new member has been sworn in and he is pro-crossbow. That makes it a tie vote with the Chairperson breaking the tie.

The chairperson is pro-crossbow.

Though I live in Connecticut I do most of my deer hunting in Fulton County, PA where my brothers own property. A big reason for my getting the Exocet for my 65th BD was because of PA allowing it in the the archery seasons for the next 3 years - at least that is what I first understood. I will really be bumed out if they change to limit its use.

Take care...

Then you need to be all over those guys that voted in the wrong direction. Sic'em!

Good luck!
