Lathe Turned Call for Youth-Winner Announced

Post by Bucko »

I'd like to offer to those who are members [16 yrs of age or younger] of the Excalibur forum or whose parents/grandparents/uncles/aunts/brothers/sisters;etc.. are, a chance to have a new call to use during this upcoming season.
The call was lathe turned and finished by me and is made from the wood Goncola Aves. There is no cost involved I'll ship the call to the person drawn from those that enter.Just post a reply in this topic
with the entrants name and age and Sept.27 I'll put all names in a hat and chose the winner.I'll then contact the winner by personal message through the forum for a mailing address. Thanks and hunt safe and enjoy the outdoors. Image

This is why I like this forum. Great people on here.
Well while I'd like the call myself, my entry is my youngest nephew Logan age 13.

I'd like to see Gerry's(catcher) son have it . . .Chase, not sure of his age ... 9? That would be a good merit award for Gerry since he saved my brother's life. 8)

Gerry needs someone to call him in a good buck. :D

Bucko,

Thanks for promoting youth hunting. The youth are hunting's future. If we do nto recruit the youth, hunting will die a slow death.

My site is sponsoring (along with a lot of help) a youth hunt weekend. We've got ten kids lined up for a weekend of hunting.

All,

Get involved in youth hunting. Take a kid hunting..

I would like to nominate a fourteen year old girl named Marcia that we are mentoring at our farm this year.

She has had a very tough life so far moving from foster home to foster home.

Nice gesture. I am glad to see people like you promoting youth hunting. I wish I had a name to give you but grand kids are still to young and kids are not hunters.

Again hats off to you. You make me feel proud to be a member of this forum.
