Hi Guys: I thought I would pass this along. I needed a a new string for my Exomax. So I got in touch with Boo to make me a string. Well he is backed up for a while ( tis the Season ) So in the mean time, I went no line to Bow Hunters Super store, and picked up a replacement string from American Archery Products for my xbow, it said it was for Excalibur and only $5.99. In two days I got my string ( They are a great Co. BHSS) I did notice that the string was a lot smaller in size that a regular Excalibur ( not as many strands ) But I figured They know what they are doing so I put the string on. I only got 7 or 8 shots out of it before the serving at one of the loops started to unwind and let go. I think if I did not notice it the whole string would have let go in time. I would be very careful if you use one of these strings. Just a heads up.

Good Hunting Guys

My old Exocet takes dacron strings and I gotta say that I've been dissappointed with the Excal brand dacron strings. The original string that came with my bow lasted forever, but now I go through a string per year. I don't shoot alot and I do wax (bofore the string goes on and during). It'll be custom strings from now on.

Last I had heard, he makes all of Excals factory strings, including FFF. He's just flat cheaper than anywhere on accessories, imho. They are all the same price.

I've got his price sheet if anyone needs prices on goodies. Pm me.

i cant get the FFF string to last anytime on any of my bows.. the serving just comes apart way to fast. I put one on my girls vixen and its already getting in bad shape. No burs on the claws either...

I hate leaving thet string cocked for more than 4 hours because of that..

Now boo's you can leave cocked for a year :P :P

but 5.99 it must be a out of stock must sell item
