You can't call that a hunt, you can't even call that shooting. Hell, even Trap Shooting takes more than 15 minutes to complete. What golf course did you shoot them on? :P

Don't mind me, I'm just jealous, and only kidding.

Congrats !

ComfyBear, this hunt actually took 35 minutes to get our 40 geese.
It helps when my brother is an awsome caller, and has an amazing goose spread.
We only shot at every other flock seeing as there was someone else in the field next to us. we would shoot at a flock and then let the next flock go into the guys in the next field.
We know what it's like to be cut off by someone in the field next to you.
There were plenty of geese flying. My brother ended up shooting a banded bird .
This was a great tune-up on shooting and helps get me ready for snow goose hunting in Manitoba. We leave on the 27th and I will actually miss opening day of deer for the first time in 15 years.
Good luck to all that are still hunting the early season.

Good job on the honkers. And very nice to get some jewelery as well. Man send some geese east of you. I have got none my way yet. I have not been out yet and it is killing me. Usually I never miss opening morning. But none of my fields have any geese yet. Great job on a successful hunt. :)
