Goldtip Lazer II Nock Question

Still new to the Xbow. In fact still waiting for my Equinox to arrive next week. Anticipation is killing me. I did get a dozen Goldtip Lazer II bolts. THe flat nock that comes with the bolt has a threaded butt end. What is that for? Also, did I read correctly that the front insert is 110g. So if my math is right:
Bolt 146g
Insert 110g
Nock 20g
Field tip 125g

401g total which is okay for the equinox?

its threaded in case you buy a T puller & pull arrows from targets

My finished arrow is 424g using GTLaserII's, brass insert, aluminum threaded nock, 2" Bhoning Blazers, , and a 125g point.

I weighed some 'new' Gt's last fall from Danny. As you described except w/ 100 gr points, they were 408 gr. Figure about 9 gr less w/ 2" Blazers.
