Took 35 birds in just over an hour before the heat took them back to the water.

Was a great experience.

Yes congrats to you. Yes I cleaned them out immediately - had them in the freezer by 11:00 am. My only regret is that I didn't cook some up fresh but was taking my boy to the soccer game...makin me hungry just thinking about it.
