I'm sitting in my stand on a beautiful morning writing to all my excalibur friends. Surfing the net while hunting! Got to love it crazy![/b]

No deer yet. Just changed stand position to take better advantage of the wind.

Just saw a nice doe. She was within range but never got to my shooting lane. My heart is still racing

Some folks are lazy hunters. By staying in this stand now, I've got a shot at the ones they kick out walking to their spot this afternoon. Saw a couple deer but haven't got a shot off yet. Definitely a good spot. Also just saw an eight point while typing this message.

Well my long day didn't pay off with a doe. But I did learn a few things about my location and my setup/equipment. So all is not lost... we're going to do it again on Monday!
