Cutting off the heads of the full body targets they use for cowboy action shooting at the ranges?

That would be suitable if one is inclined to do so :shock: . The range officer said they were forced to comply. Therefore I expect this is part of the laws they operate under.

I have actually heard of some shooting ranges who were not allowed to use or sell even the "human silhouette" type targets.

The "PC" world is usually pretty strange nor does it usually make any sense.
