Yes and no. They were in bankruptcy or receivership, I don't know much about those type deals, but the end result is Greg Ritz bought them. He owned T/C before he sold it to S&W or some such.

I'd heard they only had 8 people at the 'factory' in Oh, and that all their stuff is now made in China.

Too bad.

i read the same thing, it was on crossbow nation i think
