Good job on getting out there in the dark.Give it a few weeks and the bucks will be tagging the does.

ah you got busted if a climber go a few feet higher. if anything like a ladder stand mayhave to brush in or move it

No data to back this but have talked to guys that have seen deer walk to an area they frequent and look up into the trees before continuing.

Good for you for getting out in the dark! And awesome that you saw deer!

I've been busted like that in a ground blind a few times. Once I just had to peek. Just a little. All I saw were deer bums flipping me the proverbial deer bird. :roll: Learned my lesson!

Another time I heard the deer approaching from my left. While waiting for it to walk past my window I realized that although I could sight clear out of the blind, the broadhead was just below the window opening. I slowly moved the bow just a little bit higher to let the arrow clear the opening and that very small movement was enough to alert the deer. It was only a few yards away judging by the tracks I found later. Live and learn.

:D bugs....Congratulations, on the fear thing. I got busted Thursday and

the doe and her twin fawns were on the watch yesterday.

Funny, I've had chances for the doe, but I don't want to shoot

her.
