Excalibur Strikes Again

Post by tkstae »

It was six short years ago I bought my Exocet 175# on the advice of the guys here on the forum. I've learned so much from reading and asking questions here. I've been lucky enough to take a deer each and every year with my Excalibur. I've been after this fellow since I saw him while scouting and hanging stands in early Aug. He finally gave me a shot at 15yds Sat. night. I hit him with a 125 grain Wasp. He ran 50 yds. and piled up. It took 3 hrs. and a lot of hard work to get him back to the truck. I know it's not the best picture, but it was 11:30 P.M. when I got this picture, and this old man was really tired.Image
