I use cat whiskers that come on my Boo strings (not all of them have it)
Other than that I use nothing.

I figure it's like the Raptor fighter jet,by the time they hear it,it's to late.

have always used cat whiskers, never seen a reason to change. a few yeas ago I bought 2lbs of the rubber they use to make bass jigs, paid $2 for it and I figure I have a lifetime supply of cat whiskers
time in the woods is time well spent

A Boo string with whiskers will do just that and more!

Nothing on the string for silencing. I simply do not worry about the noise. To dampen it down a bit is only for the hunter; it has no effect on the hunted. You can't even quiet a recurve down so that deer won't hear it so how could you a crossbow?
Keep smiling!
