I use an aviation weather site called USairnet. Just pick the nearest airport to where you are hunting and it gives a pretty good breakdown of the weather for the day. You can also get the sun rise/set times.

For a topo I have been using the USGS Quads overlay for Google Earth. It is pretty good for the price (free) and can be found at the following link:
