Way to go. I just got my doe butchered and put in the freezer. Its a nice feeling.

My choice of beverage is apple cider....hmmmm, hmmm

That doe is going to go very well with one of those fine bottles of wine you have. I know first hand. That was without a doubt one of the best venison meals I ever had.
