10 day moose hunt

I went on a great 10 day trip with 6 of my good friends. Moose was on our menu. We had drawn 4 big bull tags for the area. This is a place I have hunted for a few years, my friends have hunted here for the last 20 or so. Normally you see alot of game in this area this year very little. We never even saw a bull moose. I did see alot of wolf tracks. Twice while calling moose I had wolves come in they would start howling at each other then work in. I never got a shot at them. A couple of the others had the same result. I will be going back for some day hunts to same area to try for moose but have already decided to hunt this winter for wolves. Seems the wolf population is getting very thick up here.
