Thanks everyone. Luck is back it seems. I was back in the stand and had a 3.5 year old 21inch 6pt come to the rattle bag this morning. I just couldn't bring myself to take him after the above buck. Had I not shot this one then the 6 would be down. I hope he makes it 1 more year. He had everything but mass. The bucks are moving great here. I had to come out at 8:30 but still saw 5 bucks after 1 doe.


Btw its nothing like watching a buck all tense coming to rattling

Congrats on the big buck you got there. I love those big eight's. I love the picture that shows the spread. I have seen you smile once. It was when you were all snuggled up next to Tiffany. :lol: :lol:

thats a great buck from anywhere in the coutry. Its even better that you found him early and had the patience to wait for the right time. A thousand congrats.

im just amazed he made it to me.. to get from one farm to the other I hunt he had to pass about 15 different hunters :shock: How he did that blows my mind. I know of 5 that were out that morning within a mile of him. Most bucks might as well wave the white flag walking through the woods now :P Its war outside
