Not very often the Star has anything good to say about firearms, even less frequent that it would actualy report it.

I would really like to see some sort of evidence to back up these statements.

Whats the use, Ontario goverment already said if the feds scrap it that they are going to take it over. Either way the fight will continue only now it will waste our ontario tax dollars

Unfortunately, this is just the first step in many. The registry is not scrapped right now...the process has just begun.

My brother-in-law works on The Hill and had this to say after the vote:

"The liberal foot dragging wont be as harmful as the lengthy and low priority procedural mess that a private member's bill has to go through...unless we hold off on an election for about another 12-18 months, the bill will die on the order paper."

We have to keep fighting...because the fight is far from over.
