Back Yard Bucks

Post by diesel »

In this first pic that buck was at least 13 points . This is the only picture I have of him with out his velvet. He was very thin this spring and still does not look like he is in the best of condition.

Looks good to me! Maybe all his energy was going into that beautiful rack!

im not sure whats up with the first buck... he is small bodied for your area. Might want to take him if the shot presents :D

the second is a beaut!

btw, its amazing what could be in your backyard. My problem is, I hate hunting it since it feels like im still home

I'd take the first one because of the odd rack, unless the second one was with him.

Thanks for the nice replys. Yes it would be tough to do but I would have to let the tall eight point walk.
That other one with the strange rack he would go down. Would be great to at least find the sheds.

I agree with your conclusion above diesel.

But I expected no less.
