If you are hunting in the Melbourne area you are not far from where I hunt ( Wardsville area ) .

I just love that you got a picture from the trail cam as he was making his way towards you. That makes two trail cam photos of deer that were harvested right after their pictures were taken when you include the one that was shot by the owner of the land that wabi hunts on.

This is the second time this has happened for me. Last year my first doe (first deer I ever shot) came into the camera just before light. The camera flashed tipping me off that she was there. She hung around feeding until it got light enough for me to shoot and then whack!
