Thanks for all the compliments guys. Already at the butcher and taxidermist. Tenderloins on the BBQ tonight, can`t wait. Still feel like a kid in the candy store.One more tag to fill yet.

Congrats on your first deer! I too am self taught through forums and other form of media. I got my first deer (Doe) but never recovered it as I made the rookie mistake of getting out of my treestand too early and not let the Doe succumb to it's injury. I spooked it and the next thing I knew , it was gone!
