I thought I would share some pics from this hunting season.This first one is my buddies 8point from DE

This one is another of my friends 10 point with drop tines from DE.

This next one is a big 17" spread buck a guy in front of me hit with his car.He kept going so I stopped and picked up the buck

Very interesting horns. Were you able to get some venison from your road kill?

I saved it all but the one hind quarter where he was hit. He was still alive when I pulled over.

My buddy got the nice 8 point about 150 yds away from the big 12 point I hit and could not find. I found the tree when I was looking for my buck . There were 2 6' wide scrapes nearby. I was going to hunt there the first day of gun season but I let my buddy hunt it first. I told him I don't charge too much for guide services!! I had the drop tine buck in my scope but he was too far for a slug gun (206 yds) I watched my friend shoot him through my scope, it was only 95 yds from him.

My buddy has been leasing this farm for 8 years now. This is the first buck killed on it with drop tines. And the farmer has never seen any either and he's lived there his entire life.
