venison dinner...........

fired up the smoker/grill for a 3 pound venison steak marinated 6 hours in soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and some herbs of my choice....then did a home made dry rub and 20 minutes a side in the smoker served with fresh garden string beans and egg noodles....enjoy the pictures, i know i enjoyed the steak.................bob

g'day l bet john & Jane dont complain about that. looks awesome we dont have it here in western Australia to my knowledge or that l have seen or hunted but plenty in the eastern states, but it really does look great...regards frank (Australia) :D
