Got a nice little 6 point and a 11 point

Post by Arkbow »

Went gun hunting last weekend with my shotgun and killed a descent 11 point buck; enjoyed the company of all my friends at camp and had a great time;

Went hunting this morning with my excalibur phoenix and I used my grunt call at daybreak; I grunted around 6:35 am and at 6:44 killed a real nice little 6 point;

I would love to post pictures but I simply don't know how; I could e-mail them to someone who knows how if I could get an e-mail address; the 11 point picture is pretty good but on the 6 point the picture shows the arrow where I shot him; the buck was 24 yards from me and when I shot him he reacted to the string noise and "jumped the string" resulting in a spine shot; I COULD NOT get the arrow out and the only camera I had was my cell phone; so I do not want to offend anyone here on posting the 6 point and if ya'll would rather that I don't then that is ok with me; I have had a wonderful time and just wanted to share; thanks

I'd like to see them both.

Now I don't know about how to get them off of a cell phone, but if you can get them on your computer just read the sticky at the top of the forum about posting pics. I had no clue about it and read the "short version". After pecking around a bit it worked great.

Way to go on your double! :D

See the *STICKY* post titled: "How To Post Pictures"

Don't worry about your honest hunting picture; post it. If someone viewing this forum is shocked to discover that an arrow is involved when you kill an animal with a crossbow, then an important lesson has been learned. :D

Congatulations on your double! I'd love to see the pics, dont think your gonna offend to many on this forum. Most of the people here are hunters and know what to expect after the trigger is pulled. Arrows,blood, and bullets are all part of the sport of hunting. If you are proud of your harvest (I would) I dont see anything wrong in sharing your photo's
