Ok all you Trick users, if they were no longer available (fixed blade), what would be your next choice of broad head ?

Not really sure, but, I'd stick to the four blade design. More cutting surface.
I'd rather wear out than rust out.
Perception trumps intention.

I may need to switch to the Excal Boltcutters...not sure if I'd need my brass inserts then, since they are heavier....

Hope your thoughts never come to fruition! Love my Slicks.....

This year I tried Muzzy 4 blades, 100 grain. The blood trails were unbelievable.
Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I would use WASP Jak-Hammers many of my family members use them and have used them for some time with very good results.

Slicks ain't going anywhere. As a matter of fact, one of the new ATA 2010 surprises is going to be a 175 gr Slick for alum insert guys. Same interchangeable blades as the 1 1/8" Mgnums, just more ferrule weight. Called the 'Crossbow Trick'.

I didn't think anyone used Jak-Hammers :)

I used them for a very long time, and had very good results too.

I'm with smoke on this one.
If i had to choose one it would be the G5 Montec because I have actual kills with this head.
